#55 – This customer thought her car was damaged by the rollers going under her front tire.

You should always be at your “post” when the customer pulls around.

Even tho we have stop signs, they can drive on un-assisted and think they hurt something.

When they put their vehicle in park or have their foot on the brakes. If you don’t catch it early,  you will

have to send the rollers under their front tire. That pulled this woman’s steering wheel and made her

think her car was damaged. Make sure you loudly say (NEUTRAL/NO BRAKE). It’s another reminder for

them. There is no way this damaged could have occurred at any car wash.  I’ve had vehicles

fall into our trench (below the grates) and not get any damage like hers. She must have driven through a

pot hole.
